Personal Relationships, Industry Insight

We believe that getting to know our candidates – understanding their skills, history, personality and professional ambitions – is the best way to place them in the right opportunity.

Our Recruiting Methodology

Getting Started

Visit our Career Opportunities page to search current job openings and submit your resume. If your background matches an opening, we schedule a time to discuss your relatable skills, functional skills and industry and technical knowledge.

Next Step

With your approval, we submit you as a candidate to the potential employer. If both you and the employer are interested in moving forward, SaltHill Group will coordinate an interview. Our preparation process includes consulting on interview style and techniques, acquainting you with the company and position and confirming the logistics for the interview (time, place, interview format, etc.).

Final Stages

After the interview process, we share the employer feedback with you. If the employer extends an offer, we negotiate the best possible terms and conditions, as well as assist you in the resigning and onboarding process.

Our Relationship with You

Confidentiality

SaltHill Group prides itself on protecting your privacy. We do not share your confidential information with a potential employer without your approval.

Partnership

We establish long-term relationships with each of our candidates. If there is not a suitable position available in the short-term, we continue to consider your unique skills when new opportunities become available.

Fees

SaltHill Group is a contingency-based recruiting firm, which means candidates do not pay for our services. The employer compensates us upon successful placement and employment.
